Our Thyristor Products

Thyristor is a high-frequency switch control device, usually used in high-voltage and high-current power electronic applications. It has a four-layer structure (PNPN) and three ports (anode, cathode and gate), and can control the conduction and shutdown of current through gate signals. Thyristor can remain in the on state after power is applied until the external current turns it off. Applications include SCR, TRIAC, GTO, MCT, etc.
